- I am a full time graphic designer and a half time painter. After a 21 year break I paint since May 2007 on a almost daily basis. Subjects of the paintings are still lifes, things in or around the house, landscapes, places in Holland we've visited or again, around the area and (commissioned) portraits. Wow, this is wonderful. Oils? I am a beginner, myself. I use acrylics. I've actually never used oils before, thought I think I may try soon! Good Job!
