Early morning at the Keuterberg

A while ago, I showed you the first session of this subject. A larger painting, though. I had difficulties finishing it. Well, it seems that this small painting has more succes. I am happy it worked out.

Early morning at the Keuterberg - oil on masonite - 19,7 cm x 14,7 cm (7,7" x 5,7")

Very nice. I like the silhouette of the cows next to that golden sky. The large area of shade is a really nice anchor.

Thanks Gwen. I remember, when I was walking there at sunrise, and saw this scene, I knew it had to be a painting. Glad it worked out.
